Just wanted to take a moment to tell you how happy we are at OCON to have Voice for Pest as our telecommunications provider. After decades of looking at our telecom solution as just hardware we were introduced to VEP through a software provider. What a difference! Voice for Pest is so much more than hardware. As the name says its "Solutions". And in business solutions lead to success. From our initial consult to hardware selection, installation and support the experience was unique and certainly liberating. No more constraints on capacity or where and when to receive calls. Texting features that streamline field operations and free up CR's to help our customers. The integration features are just amazing and certainly not something we could ever give up. But by far the best part of VFP is the people. From the customer service staff to the technical support crew everyone is helpful and kind with a quick and effective response to any question or request. Voice for Pest is a nuge part of our success at OCON since we joined nearly two years ago. I would strongly recommend VFP to any business that wants to leverage technology and customer service to increase productivity.

Exodus Exterminating Inc has been using the Voice for Pest phone system for a couple of years now. Changing phone systems was a very daunting and nerve testing task. We have used Affiliated Technology for phone services for many years. We have transitioned phone systems, ported phone numbers, and set up non-standard configurations for messaging. They have always provided excellent service and support.

I have always had a good experience when I needed general assistance with my phone system, but I recently had an emergency where ATS really saved me~ My 80-year-old mother became ill, and I had to work from her home to assist in her care. When attempting to forward my calls to my cell phone it was discovered that my extension had become corrupt and could not be forwarded. I had to leave the office within minutes and really needed help quickly. ATS identified that they could create a NEW extension for me and forward that to my cell phone immediately. While I was racing to my mother's home ATS re-created my original extension and after my return to the office a few days later they swapped the extensions back. I never missed a call and was there when my mother needed me. I greatly appreciate the quick thinking and customer care that I receive with ATS.

Since the integration of Voice for Pest with PestPac, our office staff have seen the benefits, and we LOVE it. It is so nice (and easy!) when we answer the phone and our existing customers' information comes up instantly. Very beneficial to our office staff; it makes the Customer Care service we provide our customers with happier customers as we have all their information in front of us instead of searching PestPac. Every time I need to make a change to our scheduled hours (for holidays, meetings, etc.), the staff helping me are always SO friendly and helpful. We have not had any negative experiences with ATS. As office manager, I really appreciate this service!

We have been a customer of Affiliated for over 25 years, we did "stray" once but came back for the excellent product and customer service that we receive. We recently changed to ATS for our phone service with our company. We had so many issues with our previous service that ATS is like a breath of fresh air. Voice for Turf has made our business more efficient by integrating with our software to instantly connect to customer accounts and then record the call in the same account. We rolled out the mobile app last spring which made our technicians more professional to the customer by mirroring the company name when calls were made and having a log of communication from the office to the technician. If you haven't considered Voice for Turf, I highly recommend the products and the company!

We started using Voice for Pest and we love it. How it aligns with Field Routes and pulls the account or guides you to create a new account. The portal is easy to use and manages your services. The service center helps us with issues immediately.

Voice for Pest is an amazing addition to our systems. My favorite part is that the accounts automatically pop up when one of our current customers calls in, it’s like magic. Then every once in a while we need to be able to track down someone that called and Call History makes this a breeze. The Contacts keep an up-to-date list of the technician's work numbers, this makes it quick and easy to reach them. Oh, and Customer Service is wonderful. Anytime we have had to reach out for one challenge or another, they are professional, courteous, efficient, and empathetic to our challenge.
